Question by sk8rboyluva: Is it wrong for Christians to have tattoos?
Me and my siblings really want to get tattoos that say Jesus or have a cross or scripture or something, but my parents are arguing that the Bible says not to. Is there somewhere that says that?
I guess from your answers, I shouldn’t get one. But I’m not sure, I mean the reason I want to get one isn’t because I think it’s “cool” or anything, but because I want a constant reminder that I do belong to God, and because a tattoo is permanent, I will never forget it. I think I am going to pray about it for a few years (I’m not 18 yet anyway). Thank you so much for your help! God bless!
